What you can try for free
Use the 3D workspace to explore reference vans, starter layouts, editable furniture, systems and insulation layers. Try surface measurements, model imports and whole-build weight, budget and daily-use inputs while evaluating the planner.
Guests have 30 active planning minutes. Free registration extends the allowance to 60 minutes total, including time already used. Your account allowance follows you across visits and builds; starting another build or signing in again does not start another hour.
The timer pauses after 60 seconds without interaction, while the tab is in the background and while Help is open. Saving, exporting and creating share links require a Build Pass from the start. Free registration extends planning time and does not create a cloud-saved project.
For example, if you use 20 active minutes as a guest and then create a new account with no earlier planning time, you have 40 minutes left from the 60-minute total. Registration includes the 20 minutes already used; it does not add a fresh 60 minutes. An existing account's earlier usage also counts.
What a £9.99 Build Pass unlocks
The pass removes the free-session editing limit for its associated build and unlocks project saving, downloads and live sharing. It is a one-off payment per build, with no recurring subscription for the pass. Sign in to associate the build and purchase with your account.
- Save the paid build to your account and return to its project.
- Share a live, view-only 3D link. Viewers need no account, and you can revoke the link at any time.
- Download native project JSON, retaining the editable project data.
- Download conversion geometry as OBJ and the separate van reference as OBJ.
- Download structural parts and electrical/plumbing equipment and route schedules as CSV.
- Download a dimensioned planning PDF, supported nominal panel DXF and a PNG of the current 3D view.
Choose the build you want to keep
A pass applies to its associated build rather than unlocking every project in an account. You can continue refining that paid build as your layout develops. A separate build needs its own pass to save, export and create live share links.
Exports reflect your model and entered values. The whole-build ledger can include manual purchases and unknown costs, but an unlisted item is not automatically included. PDF plans and supported nominal panel DXF retain their assumptions and exclusions; they do not certify dimensions, system installations or manufacturing fit.
Before you begin
A few useful answers.
Is the £9.99 Build Pass a subscription?
No. It is a one-off payment for the associated build. It unlocks continued editing, saving, exports and live view-only sharing for that build.
Can I save, export or share during the free preview?
Saving, downloads and creating live share links require a Build Pass from the start. The free preview lets you try planning and editing: 30 active guest minutes, or 60 minutes total with a free account including time already used. Opening someone else’s shared view is free and needs no account.
How does live sharing work with a Build Pass?
Open a saved, unlocked build and choose Share to create a view-only link. Anyone with the link can explore its 3D layout and layers without an account. Your edits appear automatically while your workspace is open; keep using Save project to store them in your account. You can revoke the link whenever you choose, and shared pages are excluded from search indexing.
What happens when my free planning time ends?
After 30 active guest minutes, register or sign in to use the remainder of your account’s 60-minute total allowance. It includes time already used and continues across visits and builds. Once that allowance is used, a £9.99 Build Pass is needed to continue editing a build. The pass also unlocks account saving, downloads and creating live share links.
When does the free timer pause?
Planning time pauses after 60 seconds without interaction, while the tab is in the background and while Help is open. The first 60 seconds after an interaction still count. If your connection drops before a pause is confirmed, up to 30 seconds of the last running interval can still count. Returning to the planner resumes the remaining allowance; it does not reset the timer.
Do I need to enter a card to try the planner?
No payment card is needed for the free planning session. Payment details are requested in checkout when you choose to buy a Build Pass.
Which files can I download with a paid build?
Paid build downloads include editable project JSON, visual OBJ geometry, a separate van-reference OBJ, parts and systems CSVs, a dimensioned planning PDF, supported nominal panel DXF and a current-view PNG. A van-reference export needs a selected van. DXF profiles and sheet layouts have stated exclusions and require physical verification before manufacture.
Does one pass unlock all my builds?
No. The Build Pass belongs to a specific build in your account. Other builds require their own pass for saving, exporting and creating live share links.
